Human Resources Business Partner Atlanta, GA Job Summary:
TheHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategicpartner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies withorganizational objectives. The HRBP provides expert guidance andsupport in areas such as organizational design, talent management,employee relations, performance management, and change managementto drive business performance and employee engagement.
KeyResponsibilities:
Partner with department leaders to develop andimplement HR strategies that support business goals. Serve as atrusted advisor on employee relations issues, organizationaldesign, workforce planning, and succession planning. Providecoaching and guidance to managers on performance management,leadership development, and employee engagement. Drive and supportchange management initiatives across departments. Collaborate withHR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning &Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver comprehensive HRsolutions. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights andrecommendations to improve organizational effectiveness. Supportthe talent review process, identify high-potential employees, andimplement development plans. Ensure compliance with all employmentlaws, regulations, and HR policies. Facilitate employee engagementand culture-building initiatives within the business units. Mediateand resolve employee conflicts, conduct investigations, andrecommend appropriate actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or related field;Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 5 years of progressive HRexperience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies withbusiness needs. Thorough understanding of employment laws and HRbest practices. Demonstrated experience in employee relations,talent management, and organizational development. Excellentcommunication, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use HR data toinform decisions. Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
HR Certification (e.g.,SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR). Experience supporting leadership teams orbusiness units in a matrixed organization. Industry-specificexperience in [insert industry, e.g., tech, healthcare,manufacturing] is a plus.
