Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Human Resources Manager to oversee and coordinate recruiting, employee benefits, and HR operations. This individual will be the critical link between leadership, hiring managers, recruiters, and our PEO/benefits partners to ensure smooth HR processes companywide.
Responsibilities:
Partner with external recruiters and manage communication with hiring managers to align hiring priorities and workforce planning Coordinate and oversee the full recruiting process, from posting roles to onboarding new hires Act as the primary point of contact with our PEO administrator for health plan benefits, 401(k) information, and other employee services Assist employees with benefits enrollment questions, 401(k) resources, and other HR inquiries Maintain organized records of employee documentation, benefits participation, and hiring activity Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building efforts
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with emphasis on recruiting coordination and employee benefits administration Familiarity with working alongside external recruiters and managing multiple open requisitions Experience coordinating with PEOs and/or benefits brokers for health insurance and retirement plan management Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across competing HR priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — ability to build trust with employees at all levels Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS system experience a plus Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices
