- Duties & Responsibilities

- by conducting current state assessments and identifying and communicating key themes coming out of discovery work + Utilize data to create

- for the ongoing enhancement of our workforce analytics capabilities + Utilize Human Capital Management (HCM), people analytics, or enterprise and BI platforms to
- design, build, test and deploy
- reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and predictive models based on project requirements + Leverage
- AI and technology to generate
- valuable insights for clients + Create and maintain a clear AI Strategy for the HR Organization, including ensuring the team can utilize the tools effectively by leading the upskilling efforts + Stay updated on AI advancements to introduce and enhance people data capabilities + Represent HR as the “AI Champion” for our space + Develop and manage project plans, coordinating timelines and milestones across teams + Drive a data-driven culture within HR, acting as a catalyst for organizational change •Requirements•Be knowledgeable about data privacy regulations and compliance requirements Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR strategy, processes and practices Possess a relevant background in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field Have a track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making Be adept at communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Have a solid background in data analysis and interpretation within a people-related context Possess excellent collaboration skills across different functional teams Be proficient in using Workday reporting/people analytics, data visualization tools and other statistical analysis software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) •Role Factors•This role is required to work from the office 3 days per week.
- What We Offer
- For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $200,000
- $230,000 (NY), $195,000
- $220,000 (NJ), $170,000
- $190,000 (GA).
Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location. In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
