We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. This pivotal role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in various HR systems and processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s objectives. Oversee recruitment efforts, including talent acquisition and succession planning. Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns effectively. Implement and maintain HRIS systems such as ADP, Kronos, Oracle, Paylocity, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro to streamline HR processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resources management. Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Design and deliver training programs that support employee development and organizational growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Experience Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or Director, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems including ADP, Kronos, Oracle, Paylocity, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro. Demonstrated experience in recruiting, succession planning, and managing diverse teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive decision-making processes.
