Job Description

Experienced Staffing Industry Sales Rep 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Lawrenceville, GA 30045 We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have experience researching business staffing needs and establishing collaborative client relationships, with the goal of bringing in NEW Business on an ongoing basis. Your main goal will be to secure new contracts on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing solutions. Build and maintain relationships with clients across Clerical, Manufacturing, Distribution and , Warehousing industries. Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Stay updated on market trends and industry demands.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in staffing or related industries. Strong network and understanding of target sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel locally making targeted sales calls and establishing ongoing client relationships. Salary based on experience.
