The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in all HR functions and a champion of leading change. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for strategic and tactical HR functions such as HR administration, talent management, employee relations, performance management and compliance for multiple sites throughout the United States.
Requirements:
Partner with local leadership management teams to execute strategies that ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop relationships with all levels of the organization to resolve employee relations, provides coaching on performance management and advises on talent development. Partners with the corporate Human Resource team on key company initiatives to ensure collaboration, implementation and compliance. Serves as an employee and business advocate by applying employment law and regulations, industry trends, Brady policy and practice and business needs. Lead and ensure compliance throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, including vendor relationships, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and retention.
