SUMMARY:
The HRIS & People Analytics Manager will ensure the continued efficiency and effectiveness of our Workday system and people processes. The HRIS & People Analytics Manager will support the HR team by maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and providing full-cycle administrative support for system activities. This position ensures data integrity across systems, optimizes HR workflows, and helps deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience. The goal of this resource is to play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing functionality within Workday by supporting, training and educating users on navigating the system while maintaining data integrity. This role will ensure Workday continues to support our evolving business needs while maintaining compliance and security standards.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related questions and technical issues in conjunction with WD partners to support with the interpretation and execution of solutions around needs In collaboration with WD partners and other HR & Payroll stakeholders, participate in efforts to recommend and implement enhancements to current and new business processes Generate regular and analyze ad-hoc reports for HR metrics, compliance, and audits Analyze data and provide insights to senior leadership to support business decisions Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements In accordance with the HRBP team maintain employee records and support HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and other duties as assigned Work with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure WD configurations align with business goals Provide ongoing support to ensure the stability and reliability of Workday Troubleshoot system issues, implement fixes and optimize configurations (or work with WD partners) to prevent recurring problems. Work with the HR Team to automate internal and external interview schedules and manage the refinement of internal and external candidate communications Work with HR team to integrate all vendors into the
HRIS BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or a combination of education and related experience in lieu of degree 5+ years of experience in HRIS and HR Analytics 5+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS (WorkDay) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting HRIS functions in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with HR regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP) Intermediate to advanced Excel skills SHRM CP or PHR WD Certifications
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000 annually, based on the specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Experience of the selected candidate. This position is eligible for Semi Annual Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.
