Description Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a client that is looking to add an HR Business Partner to their team in the Suwanee, Georgia area. In this role, you will work closely with specific business units to provide strategic HR support, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This position offers an opportunity to influence organizational success by implementing effective HR strategies and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, addressing any issues proactively.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership on succession planning and workforce development strategies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
- Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs to address organizational needs.
- Partner with management to drive change initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Experience with strategic planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in facilitating onboarding and training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
