Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of employment laws, recruitment strategies, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals Manage performance review processes and support employee development Handle conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and internal policies Conduct internal audits and risk assessments Prepare for and manage external audits or investigations Manage HR software and employee data systems (HRIS) Generate reports for executive leadership on HR-related KPIs Improve efficiency through automation and process improvement Assess training needs and coordinate learning programs Monitor employee performance and support career development plans Implement onboarding and orientation programs Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances Facilitate employee satisfaction surveys and engagement programs

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
