STAFF EMPLOYEES OVERVIEW OFRESPONSIBILITIES

THE

STAFFING MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEQUALITY OF SERVICE TO NEW CLIENTS, AS WELL AS THE RETENTION ANDINCREASE OF BUSINESS WITH CURRENT CUSTOMERS. VIA THE DEVELOPMENT OFSTAFF AND THE ONGOING RECRUITMENT OF FIELD STAFF EMPLOYEES THESTAFFING MANAGER WILL DIRECT THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF SERVICE TOTHE MARKETPLACE. THROUGH THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND PERSONALLEADERSHIP OF STAFF, THE STAFFING MANAGER WILL ATTAIN PERSONNELOPTIONS GOALS AND BUDGET EXPECTATIONS AS AGREED TO WITH THECOMPANY. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

THE

ATTAINMENT AND ON-GOINGDEVELOPMENT OF THESE OBJECTIVES WILL SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE CAREERGROWTH AND THE ACHIEVEMENT OF PERSONNEL OPTIONS GOALS. 1. TOACHIEVE GROSS MARGIN DOLLAR AND HOURS BILLED EXPECTATION ASREQUIRED BY THE COMPANY. 2. TO HIRE, MANAGE, DEVELOP AND EMPOWERSTAFF TO ENSURE THE MAXIMUM QUALITY OF SERVICE, ATTAINMENT OFPERSONAL GOALS, AND COMPANY OBJECTIVES. 3. TO INCREASE THEPERCENTAGE OF THE COMPANY’S BUSINESS IN ALL ACCOUNTS THROUGH THEDELIVER OF QUALITY SERVICE. 4. TO RECRUIT AND RETAIN FIELD STAFFEMPLOYEES IN ORDER TO SERVICE CURRENT AND FUTURE CUSTOMERREQUIREMENTS 5. TO ASSIT THE FRONT DESK COORDINATOR AND STAFFINGASSOCIATE WITH PAY ROLL WHEN NEEDED 6. TO CONTINUE TO INCREASE MYKNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY IN SALES. 7. TO KEEP MY BRANCH AND STAFFUPDATED ON MARKET TRENDS, RECRUITING ISSUES, AND COMPETITIVEINFORMATION, ETC. RESULTS

TO INSURE THAT STAFF ATTAINSEXPECTED STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE 2. TO ASSIST BRANCH MANAGER WITHSTAFF PERFORMANCE REVIEWS TWICE YEARLY 3. MAINTAIN INVOLVEMENT INCOMMUNITY ACTIVITIES 4. TO CLASSIFY, VIA SELF AND STAFF, ACCOUNTSACCORDING TO PERSONNEL OPTIONS STANDARDS, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVEEXPECTED GROSS MARGIN DOLLARS 5. COMPLETE WEEKLY REPORTS ASREQUIRED, TO INCLUDE WEEKLY MANAGEMENT REPORT 6. CREATE ANDIMPLEMENT ONGOING RECRUITING PROGRAMS FOR STAFF AND SELF 7. TOINSURE THAT STAFF CONDUCTS QUALITY ASSURANCE CHECKS AND/OR NEEDSASSESSMENTS AS REQUIRED. 8. MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE ANDATMOSPHERE IN OFFICE 9. FOLLOW UP ON REPORT CARDS & SUBMIT RESULTSTO MANAGER 10. ATTEND OR DIRECT MEETINGS AND/OR TRAINING ASREQUIRED 11. TO DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY MAINTAIN AND UPDATE ALLMANUALS, RECORDS, FILES, AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION AS REQUIRED BY IESAND/OR THE CUSTOMERS, ETC 12. OTHER JOB RELATED TASKS AS REQUIREDBY MANAGEMENT 13. TO LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND TRAIN STAFF IN ALL ASPECTSOF THEIR JOBS AND CAREER
