Key Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee evaluations, personnel management, and succession planning. Develop and execute strategies for performance management, utilizing MBO (Management by Objectives) methodologies. Administer ERP systems to optimize HR operations and streamline processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, driving employee engagement and organizational growth.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in human resources. SPHR or PHR certification is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in areas such as recruitment, performance evaluation, personnel management, MBO, and ERP systems. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
