Field HR Business Partner-ER (Laurie P) Position Available In Spalding, Georgia

Description We are currently partnering with a client in the Griffin, Georgia area that is looking to add an experienced Field HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Employee Relations to their team. This role will support multiple locations, foster positive employee engagement and address workplace concerns effectively. The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization. The Field HR Business Partner will travel to locations across the Greater Metro Atlanta Area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures while addressing employee concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement across multiple locations.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistency in employee relations practices.
• Visit various store locations to maintain visibility and build strong working relationships with teams.
• Facilitate ADA accommodations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in creating and delivering training sessions related to employee relations and workplace policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations cases and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations and engagement initiatives. Requirements
• Proven experience in employee relations and engagement, preferably in a multi-location environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including ADA compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to address sensitive issues effectively.
• Ability to travel to various locations regularly as part of the role.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough investigations and provide fair resolutions.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working as a trusted HR advisor to leadership teams.
