The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization is aligned with its goals and objectives. This role will involve managing HR initiatives, developing policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational change. Duties Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics. Facilitate change management processes to support organizational development and employee adaptation. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
