Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the HR team (Payroll Specialist & Talent Specialist) Oversee benefits, compensation , and payroll (including serving as backup) Manage employee relations , conflict resolution, and performance coaching Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies Drive HR analytics , strategic workforce planning, and change management Manage HR technology systems and vendors Support workplace safety and risk management programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 7+ years in HR, including 3+ in leadership Deep knowledge of HR laws & compliance Strong skills in benefits, comp, and employee relations Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking HRIS and payroll system experience Must be able to work onsite in Baton Rouge at least 2-3 days/week Why BBP?
