Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at River Valley Primary Care Services. This role is vital in fostering a supportive work environment and ensuring that our staff is well-equipped to provide exceptional care. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in planning and the development of training programs. Responsibilities Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. Manage employee relations Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Create and maintain affirmative action plans to promote diversity within the workforce.
