RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. + Accurately and timely process payroll, including new hires, terminations, updates to pay, and all related deductions and earnings. + Addressing employee issues, grievances, and concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment. + Managing salaries, benefits packages, and other compensation programs. + Developing and implementing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. + Ensuring the organization complies with relevant labor laws and regulations. + Working with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals. + Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. + Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. + Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required. + Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP) are a plus. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related field. + Proven expertise in corporate recruiting, hiring processes, and making informed hiring decisions. + Strong knowledge of payroll operations, including benefits administration and special deductions. + Familiarity with federal labor laws and employment regulations. + Experience in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and conducting investigations. + Ability to create and maintain HR policies, including the employee handbook. + Demonstrated skills in compensation and benefits administration. + Strong organizational and leadership abilities to drive HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives.
