Hunt Forest Products, LLC, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Manager with extensive experience leading complex manufacturing and industrial operations. Key Responsibilities:
+ Advise plant leadership on all HR-related matters, with a focus on manufacturing workforce dynamics. + Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support production and operational objectives. + Skilled in stakeholder engagement, change management, and aligning organizational goals with evolving market demands. + Oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning. + Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. + Promote a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred + Professional certifications, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications preferred. + Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Comprehensive understanding of labor relations, workforce planning, and compliance in a production environment. + Extensive expertise in compliance and risk management related to self-insured workers’ compensation and employee benefit programs. + High level proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics. + Demonstrates strong business acuity with the ability to align HR strategies with manufacturing goals. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and a people first mindset. + Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality. + Robust project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities. + Travel 40% plus additional as may be required by events, training, operations, etc. Hunt Forest Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all applications will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, sex, age (40 and above), disability, religion, national origin, or any other protected status where otherwise qualified.
