From recruiting and onboarding to performance coaching, total-rewards administration, culture initiatives and compliance, you’ll keep our people strategy aligned with our business objectives. You’ll partner directly with the President (sales) and CEO (strategy/tech) to ensure that every team member has the support and clarity they need to do their best work. What a Typical Day Looks Like Own the recruitment pipeline: craft job postings, screen applicants and coordinate interviews. Administer payroll changes, benefits enrollment and HRIS data integrity. Lead monthly culture & engagement touchpoints, DEI initiatives and recognition programs. Stay on top of federal, state and IT-industry HR compliance requirements and document updates. What Ramp-Up Looks Like First 30 days : immerse yourself in Bellwether’s MSP operations, meet every department lead and audit current HR processes. 60 days : conduct a full audit of current people practices and culture touchpoints; establish key HR metrics and reporting frameworks; introduce immediate improvements to internal communication and feedback loops. 90 days : introduce the company’s first structured employee feedback cadence (e.g. check-ins, pulse surveys) to inform people-first priorities moving forward. What Success Looks Like Time-to-fill for key roles < 45 days. Year-over-year employee-engagement score improvement. Zero compliance surprises and clean audit results. What a Good Fit Looks Like 5+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in an HR-manager or business-partner capacity. Proven track record owning end-to-end recruitment and employee-relations cases. Comfort with autonomy—you set goals, build the plan and execute. Strong communicator who balances empathy with process discipline. PHR/SPHR or

SHRM-CP/-SCP

preferred. Experience in technology or professional-services environments is a plus. What About Advancement?
