Where do you see yourself at Dupuy? Dupuy Group is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our New Orleans location. The incumbent will play a key role in managing and enhancing our human resources department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to foster a positive culture. What you will be working on: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the policies and programs for the entire Dupuy Group; collaborate on the development of human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the development of a competent workforce Implement effective recruitment processes, onboarding, training and development programs to enhance employee engagement and performance. Provide guidance and support to management team to ensure proper orientation, development and training Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up to do knowledge of HR trends and practices Address employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution support and fostering a positive work environment Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring clear communication and understanding among employees Prepare and analyze HR metrics to make data driven decisions and improve HR processes.
