Responsibilities of HR Manager:

Recruit andselect the best-qualified employees for the company. Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy that are fair and equitable for all employees.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees onHR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinaryactions, and conflict resolution. Conduct exit interviews, analyzedata, and make recommendations to the management team forcontinuous improvement. Manage the annual Performance Appraisalsand Management by Objectives. Coordinates employee recognition andrelations programs and events. Handles discipline and terminationof employees in accordance with company policy Comply with federal,state, and local legal requirements by keeping abreast of existingand new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherenceto requirements; advising management on needed actions. Ensureslegal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable humanresource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations;maintaining records. Conduct training sessions on HR policies,procedures, and best practices. Process bi-weekly payroll foremployees and monthly payroll for independent contractors,including all employee/independent contractors changes. Keep trackand manage of all employees’ approved vacation/sick time off forallotted days per employee tenure in ADP. Manage the recruitmentand selection process, including job postings, screening resumes,conducting interviews, onboarding, and Orientation.

PreferredExperience of HR Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources orrelated area Experience with recruiting and payroll Experience withExtensis Ability to work on multiple projects while managingdeadlines. Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
