You’ll be the go-to person foreverything from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance,and employee relations. Great role for someone who enjoys beinghands-on and building out processes in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager Serve as the HRlead for all managers, offering guidance on performance,discipline, and employee relations Oversee recruitment, onboarding,and offboarding processes Handle payroll, benefits, and time-offtracking using ADP Workforce Ensure compliance with allfederal/state HR laws and update handbooks, policies, and jobdescriptions Coordinate employee recognition programs and traininginitiatives Maintain accurate employee files and support general HRadmin tasks Qualifications of the Human Resources ManagerBachelor’s degree in HR or related field 3 years in an HRGeneralist or HR Manager role Experience with ADP Workforce,payroll, recruiting, and compliance Strong working knowledge ofFMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers’ Comp, and related laws HR certification(PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
