Based in Fall River, MA, this leadership role is critical to advancing our agency’s mission of promoting optimal independence and enriching lives for individuals with disabilities. As the Director of Inclusion and Community Engagement, you will lead initiatives that strengthen our culture of belonging, build community partnerships, and ensure our services reflect the diverse voices of those we support. We are looking for a passionate and strategic leader who is committed to equity, inclusion, and meaningful engagement with individuals, families, and the broader community. What You’ll Do as

Director of Inclusion and Community Engagement:

Lead the development and implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies across the organization. Collaborate with leadership to ensure inclusive practices are embedded in policies, programs, and workplace culture. Build and maintain strong community partnerships and represent the agency in outreach and engagement efforts. Provide training, consultation, and support to staff around DEIB best practices. Support strategic communications and community events that celebrate and reflect the diversity of those we serve. Monitor and report on DEIB progress and impact, including data tracking and analysis. What You’ll Need as

Director of Inclusion and Community Engagement:

Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, communications, or a related field required. Relevant experience may be substituted for required education. 3-5 years of professional experience in inclusion, community engagement, or a related leadership role. Strong understanding of equity, cultural competency, and inclusive service delivery. Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to work across teams and with diverse stakeholders. Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and satisfactory driving record. Who You Are as
