Job Summary HR Director
Location:
Hybrid in Boston (Onsite 4 days/week) A growing technology start-up is looking to hire their first HR Director who will be both a strategic & hands-on leader. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, fostering organizational culture, rewards & recognition, building out a performance management process, recruitment strategy, total rewards, and more.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
Develop and implement a performance review process
Own employee rewards & recognition programs
Maintain HRIS database and support the HR side of the payroll process
Analyze benefit offerings for marketplace competition
Plan employee engagement events
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of prior HR leadership experience, including in a start-up environment
Experience working for a tech company strongly preferred
Proven experience partnering effectively with C-suite and senior leadership
