HR Manager Roessel Joy Roxbury, MA 02120 Roessel Joy has partnered with a non-profit in the education industry seeking a Human Resources manager to add to their team. In this role you would be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, onboard new employees, managing employee benefits, handling employee relations matters, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, a strong understanding of employee law, and experience with ADP Workforce Now. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process Ensure a fair and equitable hiring process Support and take the lead on the employee onboarding process Act as the point of contact for all employee relations matters, concerns, and conflict Manage the performance evaluation process for employees Conduct HR audits Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures Qualifications 7+ years of experience in all aspects of HR Management with a background working in education or nonprofits.
