PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Assists in the strategic implementation and execution of workforce planning, talent management initiatives, organizational development, and business transformation processes. Supports the execution of workforce planning, talent planning, and workforce development strategies. Drives the successful execution of organizational changes related to talent and structural updates. Synthetizes data and insights to deliver actionable recommendations and support continuous improvement. Proactively identifies and educates others on emerging trends and relevant insights from HR and business functions to support strategic development and workplace initiatives. Leads HR projects and company-wide initiatives focusing on process efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborates with business leadership and Talent Acquisition teams to support the execution of talent acquisition and onboarding strategies. Oversees and supports strategic initiatives in headcount planning, compensation, and recruitment processes in alignment with HR models. SkillsADP-HR (2 years of experience is preferred)Organizational Skills (5 years of experience is preferred)HRIS (3 years of experience is preferred)
