Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? The North Berwick Team is looking to add an HR Partner to support the team in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment. In this role you will take part in supporting a workforce consisting of 2300+ employees responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and repairing commercial and military aircraft engine parts.
What You Will Do:
Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leaders to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters, serving as an employee advocate and as a coach to employees and leaders. Partner with leadership to implement and raise awareness about HR programs which support the business goals and produce results in a complex matrix environment. Effectively lead and execute Human Resources processes including performance management, salary planning, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, and leadership development. Establish, maintain, and optimize HR business processes to best meet business and employee experience objectives (headcount planning/reporting, employee experience transformation actions, career pathways development, performance evaluation process, etc.) Implement strategic short and long-term HR initiatives, in partnership with the senior HR and local leadership, to drive business results; quantify business results via metrics review. Address HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees. Support company culture, recruiting and retention strategy, efforts and programs. Conduct internal investigations with the utmost professionalism, discretion and integrity; suggest appropriate plan of action and resolutions. Drive human resource compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of application of HR and Company practices and policies. Lead performance management programs and provide support and guidance to managers / employees on performance issues and assessment tools. Ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations, EH&S policies and other applicable regulatory requirements. Lead and support special projects as assigned. What will you learn? Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2 years experience in a Human Resources role or equivalent field with employee relations focus; or, Advanced degree in HR or related field

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD – 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
