Staffing Branch Manager Excel Staffing Group Blue Springs, MO 64015 Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of various recruiting platforms and tools, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relations. Duties Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize various platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, ADP, and Kronos for tracking applicants and managing employee data. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance. Leverage social media management skills to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. Perform research on industry trends to stay ahead in talent acquisition strategies. Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively to maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in staffing or recruitment management. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. Familiarity with technical recruiting practices is preferred. Proficiency in using recruitment software such as iCIMS, Taleo, ADP, or Kronos. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to evaluate employee performance objectively and constructively. Strong research skills to identify best practices in staffing solutions.
