We are actively seeking a bilingual 100% Onsite Branch Manager with a proven background in the staffing industry to lead a high-performing team supporting clients in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and eCommerce environments. This is a fast-paced, client-facing leadership role ideal for someone with a strong grasp of recruiting operations, employee management, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of a staffing branch office, overseeing recruiters, onsite supervisors, and administrative staff. Manage and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, retention, turnover, and candidate pipelines. Build and maintain strong client relationships with warehouse and industrial clients; serve as primary escalation point. Partner with the Senior Recruiter to develop and execute recruitment strategies and measure results. Expand business opportunities within existing accounts and identify new client partnerships. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for team members. Ensure compliance with internal policies, staffing procedures, and workforce best practices. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of staffing industry experience (required), preferably with light industrial or warehouse clients. Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client accounts. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Knowledge of recruiting, scheduling, and workforce management processes. Results-driven with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
