Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance the full spectrum of HR functions across our organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing HR policies, programs, and practices that support a fast-growing team. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals Partner with leadership to define and deliver talent strategies to meet current and future workforce needs Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, and other offerings Manage bi-weekly payroll processing across multiple business entities and maintain accurate personnel and payroll records Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Lead annual open enrollment for health insurance and manage all related communications Monitor and track employee leave, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and laws Design and implement training and development initiatives to foster employee growth Handle employee relations and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidentiality Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations and stay up to date with best practices Perform additional duties and HR projects as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered Proven success in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated ability to effectively manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
