The HR Manager/Director will oversee a team of three HR professionals across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, time and labor, and coordination of these functions. The ideal candidate will bring broad HR expertise, and will act as a business partner to senior leadership. This role reports directly to the VP of HR and will have a seat at the table with warehouse operational leaders, consultants and will serve as the “face of the company” to the community.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and support a team of HR professionals including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, ER, and training.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the expert on performance management, investigations, coaching, and compliance matters.

Benefits:

Partner with the internal benefits lead to manage benefit practices and administration.

Strategic Partnership:

Work closely with senior distribution leaders to align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Policy & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA, etc.); proactively manage policy development and updates.

Training & Development:

Manage internal development efforts and support ongoing leadership training and wellness initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ in a Director or Manager role Proven experience with full-scope HR leadership including labor relations and compliance Strong generalist background—comfortable advising on everything from PTO policy to state leave regulations Experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional leadership Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related; certifications such as

SHRM-CP/SCP
