4999 Summary of Position The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for providing HR support for the Project, assisting management and staff as needed. The HR Manager will be responsible for various HR areas including benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Essential Job Requirements
Communicates and administers YoungWilliams HR policies, procedures, applicable State and Federal laws, standards, and government regulations for the Project
Administers leave and attendance programs, such as FMLA, ADA, assisting employees and management staff as needed
Assists with recruiting, onboarding and orientation of project staff, following corporate guidelines, and ensuring that all State and Federal requirements are followed
Responds to and works with the Corporate office HR staff on employee relations issues
Prepares records for biweekly payroll processing and maintenance of time and attendance related records
Assists employees with benefit programs, including enrollment, completion of forms, questions, and open enrollment
Works closely with Corporate HR Department to complete HR related special projects as needed
Consults with and provides assistance to the Project Manager on HR related matters
Regular and timely attendance
Other duties as assigned
Required Education Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university or relevant years of related work experience Required Experience
Two or more years of experience in HR related activities is preferred. Experience using Word, Excel, and the internet is required.
