This role blends strategic HR support with tactical execution, focusing on employee experience, compliance, and operational excellence. The HRBP will foster strong partnerships across HR functions and business units to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Employee Experience and Partnership Conduct regular meetings with assigned business units to align HR practices with business objectives. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, foster morale, and enhance productivity and retention. Provide HR policy guidance, interpretation, and support to both employees and management. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive satisfaction and alignment with company culture. Act as a mentor and coach, providing guidance on employee performance management, career development, and leadership growth. Compliance Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and internal policies, mitigating risks and maintaining regulatory compliance. Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, ensuring resolutions align with organizational and legal standards. Partner with the legal department when necessary to address regulatory and compliance matters. Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance risks, providing training to foster awareness and understanding among team members. HR Strategy and Program Development Analyze HR metrics and trends, partnering with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions, programs, and policies. Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, business unit restructures, and succession planning. Support HR initiatives such as diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to build an inclusive workplace environment. Operational Excellence Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, objective investigations and proposing actionable solutions. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend improvements to ensure strategic alignment.
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of 4- 7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues and working across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management).
Skills :
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and align HR practices with business strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and organizational planning tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
