Human Resources and Payroll Manager Twin Oaks Landscaping, Inc. 9344 NC Highway 105 S, Banner Elk, NC 28604 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as manage end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, improve HR and payroll functions, and support our company’s people strategies.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.

Payroll:

Process accurate and timely payroll on a [bi-weekly/monthly] basis. Ensure proper calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions. Prepare payroll reports and manage year-end documentation (e.g., W-2s, 1099s). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Coordinate with finance on payroll-related reporting and audits.
