Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business-related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role, or in the alternative, at least 10 years’ experience in a Human Resources management role. SHRM or HCRI Certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, with direct experience with Hospice or other healthcare preferred.
