Human Resources Manager/Executive Assistant Ag ProVision, LLC 277 Faison W McGowan Rd, Kenansville, NC 28349 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource/Executive Assistant to handle HR-related tasks and work with top management at our location in Kenansville, NC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive employee data with accuracy and confidentiality. This role supports payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and other administrative duties, including DOT recertification. Job Summary Responsible for the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs while handling day-to-day activities such as team member relations, team member development, coaching, records retention and updating. Drafts confidential reports, memoranda, correspondence and agendas. Updates spreadsheets and databases and maintains department files, including those of a confidential nature. Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Thorough knowledge of personnel and human resource management practices and procedures; thorough knowledge of personnel laws, rules and regulations; thorough knowledge of research, data analysis and report presentation techniques; general knowledge of State regulations regarding the release of employee files; ability to exercise tact and discretion in handling confidential personnel files; ability to work under pressure by handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to organize work and assist in the communication of various human resources programs and policies; ability to apply established policies, practices and procedures; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, employees, and the general public. Experience with Enterprise resource planning ERP software Experience with performance management software Qualifications (Educational & Experience) Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration Two-year degree or equivalent required; or 4+ years related to HR experience Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities NC Notary certification Preference will be given to candidates with SHRM certification
