Job Description:

Coast Personnel Services is actively hiring an Outside Business Development Representative (Staffing) out of the Durham, NC office. The position is full-time with Coast and not a placement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career advancement within the company. We’re seeking a team member who:

• Works with sales management to develop and execute on the strategic territory business plan
• Leverages existing professional networks and relationships to quickly drive results
• Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Actively brings in new business to ensure continuous growth and market expansion
• Collaborates with the sales teams in other regions to discuss strategy and share insights

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the staffing industry, with an emphasis on light industrial sectors such as manufacturing and logistics
• Experience in B2B outside sales preferred
• Candidates must live and be familiar with the greater Durham area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation
• Basic computer knowledge (e.

Compensation:
