Job Description:
Coast Personnel Services is actively hiring an Outside Business Development Representative (Staffing) out of the Durham, NC office. The position is full-time with Coast and not a placement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career advancement within the company. We’re seeking a team member who:

- Works with sales management to develop and execute on the strategic territory business plan
- Leverages existing professional networks and relationships to quickly drive results
- Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Actively brings in new business to ensure continuous growth and market expansion
- Collaborates with the sales teams in other regions to discuss strategy and share insights
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the staffing industry, with an emphasis on light industrial sectors such as manufacturing and logistics
- Experience in B2B outside sales preferred
- Candidates must live and be familiar with the greater Durham area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation
- Basic computer knowledge (e.

Compensation:
