Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner and resource to managers and employees on HR-related matters Lead employee relations efforts, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution Guide performance management, coaching, and progressive discipline processes Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding workflows Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Maintain and help improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation Collaborate with internal stakeholders on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance Proven ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
