Job Description:

This is a newly created position that will act as a BusinessPartner to the General Manager and work closely with the Operationsleadership team. This will be part of a larger global HR team.

DescriptionDesigning & Implementing HR strategies alongside the GlobalDirector of HR & Plant Manager Lead employee relations Assist inthe interviewing process for leadership positions Create careerprogression for current employees Development of compensationincentive and recognition program to attract and retain employeesCollaborate with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., compensation,benefits, learning & development) to meet plant needs Develop &implement employee engagement activities Assist with Training Coachand support supervisors and managers on performance management,development planning, and employee engagement. Analyze HR metricsand provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
