40hrs per week / On-site M-F / Greensboro, NC Salary range: Up to $70,000 per year Qualification Minimum B.S. degree. Manufacturing HR experience is required. Local to North Carolina preferred. HR related License is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain an effective recruitment pipeline to attract top talent. Serve as a recruitment expert, including strategic hiring and workforce planning. Oversee daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Manage HRIS platforms such as Paychex, ADP, NetSuite, and other related systems. Provide comprehensive support to the management team across a range of HR functions and initiatives.
