OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
The HumanResources Partner is responsible for providing HR Generalistsupport to the BioLife Plasma Services network. This role willsupport designated districts and help to coordinate, implement, andmonitor HR programs and policies across various plasma centerlocations. This role helps provide training and coaching todistrict and center management on employment-related matters. Aspart of the BioLife HR team, this individual will assist inimplementing the human resources strategy across the BioLifeorganization. Serves as a key business partner to the center anddistrict management.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Helps to supportorganizational initiatives for leadership development, performancemanagement, compensation, employee training and development, rewardand recognition systems, career path, job analysis anddescriptions, compliance, and employee relations.
- Partners withdistrict and center management to help support employee engagementand retention through various efforts
- Complete in-personfield-based employee listening sessions to gauge locationenvironment. Make recommendations to management based on feedbackreceived.
- Helps develop, implement, and support HR programs andprocesses to support overall effectiveness of the BioLife business
- Analyzes trends in turnover, hiring, promotion, separation,grievances, etc. to recommend preventative actions needed to adjustunfavorable trends.
- Manages employee relations issues such asemployee complaints, harassment allegations, and work/performanceissues while ensuring legal compliance across regions, leveragingemployee abilities and managing risk. Effectively investigatesissues, makes recommendations, and takes appropriate action.
- Participates in local talent planning which includes implementationof function-wide training and development plans and talentmanagement support including support of leadership assessmentprocess. Partners with district and center management to identifyand address talent development needs.
- Partners and liaises withTalent Acquisition function to ensure workforce planning,recruiting and hiring strategies are met.
- Helps to providemanagement training to new and existing managers across thenetwork. May create and facilitate HR training for new and existingmanagers.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends in turnover,hiring, promotions, separations and grievances to determine supportor action needed to adjust unfavorable trends; provide reportingand analysis on turnover trends
- Helps to support managers throughemployee leave of absence processes by serving as a liaison betweenthe employee, leave of absence team, and management. Helps toanswer employee and manager questions related to leave of absence,FMLA, short-term disability, and personal leave of absence.
- Leaveof Absence oversight and management of the Reasonable Accommodationprocess.
- Other HR and business projects as assigned.
EDUCATION,BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3-5 years Human Resources generalist experience required
- Human Resources experience in the health care or pharmaceuticalindustry preferred.
- Prior human resource professional experienceworking with leaders in a large / matrix organization is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
ADDITIONALINFORMATION
- Willingness to travel to various BioLife locations upto 50-60% including overnight trips.

Base Salary Range:
$111,800.00
- $175,670.
00 Theestimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for thisposition. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety offactors, including the qualifications of the individual applicantfor the position, years of relevant experience, specific and uniqueskills, level of education attained, certifications or otherprofessional licenses held, and the location in which the applicantlives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actualbase salary offered will be in accordance with state or localminimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. basedemployees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives.
