The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role is essential in developing an effective HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals, particularly in the manufacturing, industrial, and construction sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication of benefits to employees.
Oversee performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Utilize HRIS systems (such as Workday) to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
Facilitate employee relations and address any HR-related issues or concerns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
