This role is ideal for a recruiter looking to grow into a supervisory or management position in the light industrial staffing industry. Key Responsibilities Recruit and source qualified candidates. Act as the main contact between the client and staffing agency. Communicate daily with clients to understand hiring needs. Process and manage new hire applications. Ensure workplace safety and compliance. Check in candidates at the start of shifts. Qualifications Experience with light industrial recruiting. Proficiency in computers and applicant tracking systems. Supervisory experience preferred.
