Role:
The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that align with the organization’s goals while promoting diversity and inclusion. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, benefits administration, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring that all processes are fair and transparent. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with management to address workforce challenges and enhance employee engagement. Ultimately, the HR Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization by supporting its most valuable asset—its people.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Healthcare or Dental Industry 200+ employees and multistate experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience in a managerial role within a similar industry. ADP experience
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and promote a positive work environment. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution. Oversee benefits administration, ensuring that employees are informed about their options and that the organization remains competitive in its offerings. Ensure compliance with affirmative action and equal employment opportunity regulations. Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop strategies for recruitment, retention, and employee development.
