Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Human Resource Manager for anonsite role with one of our growing clients in Clayton, NC. As theHR Manager, you will be responsible helping facilitate and executeour overall people and culture strategy and ensuring theorganization has the right talent, processes and procedures acrossour entire business. You will also be a key player in the overallHR functions such as onboarding, training, payroll processing, andannual performance appraisals. Responsibilities:

Develops and communicates workplace policies and programs includingbut not limited to compensation, benefits, performance appraisals,equal employment opportunities, compliance, and employeerelations Payroll processing Partner with multiple Human Resources departments across the entireorganization to ensure cross pollination and collaboration when itcomes to new ventures or shared policies Support the maintenance and compliance of human resourcesinformation systems and payroll systems Plans and directs staffing and organization activities includingrecruitment and screening of candidates, interviewing and testing,reference and background checks, managing recruiters as necessary,as well as the job offer process. Includes responsibility ofprudent management of recruiting costs, internal posting system andupdating of organizational charts and distribution lists. Maintain list of open roles and positions with clear understandingof tie back to budget and timing Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies and practices complywith federal, state and local law. Be a lead ambassador of our culture and shared values Manage design and delivery of training programs, specificallyregarding our manufacturing team members Analyze and develop compensation strategies which include thesupport of annual increase process, salary ranges andpromotions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent; and 5-7 yearsrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience. PHR, SHRM or equivalent certification preferred Must have manufacturing HR experience including payroll processingexperience Knowledge of local, state and federal employment law Experience developing and communicating human resources policiesand programs for a multi-state organization. Benefits design experience. Ability to work effectively with all levels of theorganization. Supervisory experience (both professional and clerical staff). Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
