Key Responsibilities As the Human Resource Manager, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies, implement and manage employee benefit programs, and assist with other administrative responsibilities. A few of these responsibilities include: Onboard new hires to ensure they are equipped for success. Advocate for all personnel to boost employee engagement and retention. Integrate a performance review process to foster productivity and accountability. Monitor and review labor law updates and regulations to guarantee company compliance. Identify training and career programs aimed at skill enhancement to support employees in achieving professional goals. Act as additional support on administrative tasks, such as billing and coding. Required Skills and Qualifications Speak English and Spanish fluently. Positive and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Helpful to have experience with diversity and inclusion programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience or 5 years’ experience in a comparable field. Benefits Salary range 50k – 70k, reflective of experience and past performance.
