The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferably B2B sales, including Staffing Agency) and customer service, coupled with excellent negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and account management, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the industry. Duties Utilize Sales experience to open doors for potential companies and clients in need of a Staffing Agency to assist them with their hiring demands. Utilize Salesforce to track recruitment metrics and analyze data for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate offers with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and opportunities. Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools. Monitor industry trends in staffing and recruitment to stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications Proven experience in staffing, strong background in sales, preferably Staffing Sales. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing candidate pipelines and recruitment data. Exceptional analytical skills to assess recruitment strategies and outcomes effectively. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management within a staffing context. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
