Supporting the Western U.S. region of our Commercial HVAC Service business, this role partners with senior leaders, employees, unions, and HR colleagues to drive alignment between people and performance. The region includes approximately 700 employees across 20+ offices, including unionized Field Service Technicians. This is a highly visible opportunity based onsite in Charlotte, NC, supporting a business unit undergoing exciting transformation. With up to 25% travel, you’ll build strong relationships across locations and functions, helping to deliver consistent HR support, solve workforce challenges, and execute initiatives that move the business forward. HR Required Qualifications:
