In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, sourcing top talent, and ensuring successful staffing solutions. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and performance-based commission. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies Understand client staffing needs and business goals Source, screen, and interview job candidates Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews Provide ongoing support to both clients and placed candidates Track performance metrics and meet weekly/monthly placement goals Collaborate with internal recruiters and sales team Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in staffing or account management (staffing agency experience preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software is a plus Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and career growth opportunities
