As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions and support a positive workplace culture.

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and benefits administration. This role plays a crucial part in shaping a workplace that supports both our mission and our dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for nursing and non-nursing staff Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary procedures Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS system Support leadership with training, development, and succession planning Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and employee engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in healthcare or a long-term care setting strongly preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or

SHRM-SCP

) a plus
