We are seeking a dynamicand experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team in theAccounting and Finance industry. This role is for a strategicleader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be involvedin all aspects of HR. The Director of HR will oversee all humanresources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our businessgoals. Our ideal candidate has a solid HR background and excellentpeople skills. They will be comfortable with changes and complexemployment legislation. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs ofour company are being met and are aligned with all businessobjectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the overall businessstrategy. 2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressingdemands, grievances, or other issues. 3. Manage the recruitment andselection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce. 4.Support business needs through the development, engagement,motivation, and preservation of human capital. 5. Develop andmonitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and proceduresacross the organization. 6. Nurture a positive working environment.7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that driveshigh performance. 8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. 9.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 10.Report to management and provide decision support through HRmetrics. 11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resourcemanagement.

Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience as HRManager or other HR Executive for 5 years. 2. People-oriented andresults-driven. 3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resourcesmetrics. 4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. 5. Ability toarchitect strategy along with leadership skills. 6. Excellentactive listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 7.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonalrelationships at all levels of the company. 8. In-depth knowledgeof labor law and HR best practices. 9. Degree in Human Resources orrelated field. 10. Experience in the Accounting Finance industry isa plus. 11. Strong understanding and application of Employmentlaws. 12. Proven track record of implementing successful HRstrategies.
